Company Profile

GTMR was established as a Veteran Owned Small Business in November 2004 with three original owner/employees and won their first government contract with NSWC Dahlgren Z17 in March of 2005. Headquartered at Leonardtown, MD, the company has grown to 32 employees at nine locations across the country, successfully employing a “Federated Model” based on employing the most highly talented individuals regardless of their physical location. The company’s technical and programmatic cadre averages more than 25 years experience in their respective fields with 75% holding a Bacheloriate degree and 25% with one or more advanced degrees. The company’s annual average gross income has increased each succeeding year from 2004 to 2010.

Between March of 2005 and the present, we have doubled our number of direct cite employees, and brought on talented and highly specialized individuals for both Government and IR and D efforts. Not limited to intellectual exercises, we are developing a line of ruggedized commercial computers, specialty airborne antennas, and other products as requirements emerge.
