SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.

SeaPort-NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.  The Navy conducts Rolling Admissions to allow new industry partners the opportunity to participate.

SeaPort-e

SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.

GTMR is proud to partner with Sabre Systems on the Seaport Expanded Program, our people fill three of the four key "Critical Staff Positions". We also subcontract to AT&T and Alion Science and Technology. We have established strategic contractual relationships with many small companies nationwide resulting in a synergy of expertise targeted to specific issues as they arise.

Our business base continues to expand as we are approached by major defense industry entities such as Lockheed, Raytheon, and L-3 Communications to provide technical, programmatic and operational expertise on a consulting basis directed toward specific activities under their purview. We are currently qualified as a Seaport-E as a Seaport-E Small Business Prime.

Quality Assurance

GTMR incorporates Quality Assurance (QA) during every phase of our projects. We are committed to standardizing and streamlining policies, processes and procedures, and resources both internal and across the team to ensure that services performed and deliverables produced represent the highest quality at all times. These same policies are used throughout our SeaPort-e task order execution and delivery of services.

GTMR's Quality Assurance team is made up of company leadership and employees at various levels throughout the corporate structure. The activities that take place during the various phases of the QA program are accomplished by this team and ensure QA across all programs.

GTMR’s quality assurance approach is designed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate problems that might compromise ability for on time performance, within the constraints of budget, or according to the task requirements. Our approach includes:

  • Quality Assurance Plan for the task

  • Monitor program to ensure project objectives are met

  • Work with Government team to ensure quality objectives are met

  • Coordinating with team members regarding quality assurance

  • Conducting periodic Quality Assurance Reviews

GTMR’s Quality Assurance plan has all the necessary processes, procedures, tools, and forms required to support GTMR’s successful execution of SeaPort NxG/e tasks.
