Services Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. offers a myriad of professional services to government organizations and corporate clients. Founded in late 2004 by three grey-haired guys, the company currently employes 32 professionals and has never been "out of the black". We operate under a federated model, emphasizing talent above location under the logic "have briefcase, will travel." As such we've established our corporate home office at Leonardtown, MD proximal to our core constituency at Naval Air Systems Command and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA. |

"Grey hair" equates to the maturity, wide ranging experience and established professional reputations of our staff. While our
core business area is engineering, technical and management support to the Department of the Navy, the staff represents intimate experience with
enumerable projects both within the Department of Defense, other entities within the federal government and in industry, and is limitless in scope.
Partnered with Sabre Systems and Compass within the Seaport Expanded program, our people fill three of the four key "Critical Staff
Positions" under that vehicle. We also subcontract to AT&T, Quantas, Dragoon, and DTI. We have established strategic contractual
relationships with other small companies nationwide resulting in a synergy of expertise targeted to specific issues as they arise. Our business
base continues to expand as we are approached by major defense industry entities such as Lockheed and L-3 Communications to provide technical,
programmatic and operational expertise on a consulting basis directed toward specific activities under their purview.

Our business acumen is founded on technical and program management services ranging from advisory services to commercial or government organizations
including engineering oversight and management support for programs to actual design and prototyping services yielding new equipment in the field,
and the modification of hardware to match the environment in which it operates. Our technical staff represents 150 plus years of proven expertise
across the broad range of engineering disciplines - electrical, mechanical, structural, software and flight sciences - and our engineers and
technicians love to get their hands dirty. Our management team has almost 50 years of successful execution of programs totaling over a billion
dollars in sales and is highly experienced from both the vendor and government perspectives. Continuity Services We also provide continuity services to companies who may suffer the loss of key personnel for whatever reason. Consider the worst case - a defense industry participating in highly classified work facing the loss of an essential senior employee due to retirement or cost reasons. The employee is willing to continue to work, but issues of clearances and overhead preclude the use of a conventional "temporary" agency or establishment of an independent consultancy. Often the case is a reduction in pay to the employee leading to dissatisfaction. As a Seaport qualified company, GTMR, Inc. has an integral security department as part of that qualification and operates under a federated business model satisfying all federal and state employment requirements regardless of location while minimizing overhead costs. GTMR has the ability to seamlessly transition these individuals from "employee" to "consultant" at reduced cost to the parent organization while maintaining that individual's pay scale and lifestyle. |
