Overview
Global Technology and Management Resources, Inc. offers a myriad of professional services to government organizations and corporate clients. Founded in late 2004 by three grey haired guys, the company has doubled its staff in the last six months and never been "out of the black". We operate under a federated model, emphasizing talent above location under the logic "have briefcase, will travel". As such we've established our Corporate Home Office at Hollywood, MD proximal to our core constituency at Naval Air Systems Command and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA, and satellite offices in Northern and Southern California, Colorado and Virginia to date.

"Grey hair" equates to the maturity and the wide ranging experience and established professional reputations of our staff. While our core business area is engineering, technical and management support to the Department of the Navy, the staff represents intimate experience with enumerable projects both within the Department of Defense, other entities within the federal government, and in industry, and is limitless in scope. As a subcontractor to CACI within the Seaport Expanded program, our people fill three of the four key "Critical Staff Positions" under that vehicle. We have established strategic contractual relationships with other small companies nationwide resulting in a synergy of expertise targeted to specific issues as they arise. Our business base continues to expand as we are approached by major defense industry entities such as Lockheed and L-3 Communications to provide technical, programmatic and operational expertise on a consulting basis directed toward specific activities under their purview.
We are currently qualified as a Seaport-E subcontractor, and are now qualified as a Seaport-E Small Business Prime and as a GSA services/materials provider.
